About
The Simms Tailwind Duffel is a gear bag designed for multi-day trips, combining large storage capacity with weather-resistant durability. It is constructed from highly abrasion- and tear-resistant 420D nylon with a carbonate coating for protection from the elements. The main compartment opens with a 270-degree clamshell design secured by a YKK Aquaguard #10 zipper, providing full access to the interior. A separate zippered base compartment allows wet or dirty gear to be stored independently, while mesh organiser pockets under the lid help keep smaller items organised. The bag also features two reinforced grab handles and a deployable, removable shoulder harness that enables backpack-style carry.
